Be Still: words to calm when you feel overwhelmed

Today, I am writing about slowing down, taking a pause, causing an intermission, being still. Be Still. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Something in your life causing you to be in a tailspin?

I have felt overwhelmed lately. And, all this overwhelm-stress-inner-whining caused me to think. It’s not a big stress factor, at all, but in my life, in my writing life, it is causing me stress. I need to Be Still.

So, what do I do about it? I write about it, naturally.

Doors; opening and closing life’s doors

Life is a series, a hallway, if you will, of doors. You will walk through your share of doors, good doors and bad. You will have life’s doors shut in your face and you will have doors open and welcoming you in.
