Psoriatic Arthritis came into my life last year, but actually long before. October 29 is WorldPsoriatic Arthritis Day. I want to share with you what PsAis and how it makes me feel.
I want to get real with Psoriatic Arthritis. I don’t want sympathy because there are far worse things I could have. And, I am thankful for my health. But, I want to get real and show you, with my words, what is like to have this disease.
World Psoriasis Day is a day conceived by patients, to bring international awareness and a voice for the 125 million people who suffer with Psoriatic Arthritis and/or psoriasis.
My perfect fall morning involves sleeping in, cool weather, coffee and my pups. I include my husband, on these perfect fall mornings, on the weekend.
I love sitting outside, watching my weenie dogs and my lab run around the yard on a crisp morning. They always have a lot of energy, without the summer heat. The squirrels busy gathering acorns and pecans and my pups are busy chasing them.

Today, I am being real. Today, I am being authentic and talking about the stress of blogging in a writing challenge. Today, I am writing about digging deep and the ups and downs of blogging.
I love to write. It gives me great joy. But, no matter what activity gives you joy, when it becomes something you must do, have to do, and not something you want to do, that activity can become a dread, a burden.
This is the second year I have participated in the #write31dayswriting challenge. You have to write and publish a blog post everyday for 31 days. The month of October.
