These Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins are the answer I have looked for in a yummy, quick breakfast that isn’t full of sugar and fat. I only started eating breakfast a few years ago when I read, over and over again, how important it is in weight loss. In the past, I have had a hard time finding something to eat that I enjoy for breakfast.
Since I was young, I have had breakfast issues.
You see, I don’t like eggs.
Preferring something quick for breakfast and always trying to be more healthy (on a diet, duh!), I have tried protein bars and even though I like them, they usually are full of things I don’t need.
