Be Still: words to calm when you feel overwhelmed

Today, I am writing about slowing down, taking a pause, causing an intermission, being still. Be Still. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Something in your life causing you to be in a tailspin?

I have felt overwhelmed lately. And, all this overwhelm-stress-inner-whining caused me to think. It’s not a big stress factor, at all, but in my life, in my writing life, it is causing me stress. I need to Be Still.

So, what do I do about it? I write about it, naturally.
